Cost & Class Details
Cost-Benefit Comparison - Should We Do A Private Or Group Class?
The pricing scale is the same for both private and group classes; in each 15-minute private class the child gets 50% more dedicated one-on-one instruction time (15 minutes) compared to the time each of 3 kids in a 30-minute group intensive gets (10 minutes each), so the cost of the private is 50% more. A child may make more progress in a private than they might in a group because of the additional dedicated instruction time in a private, but both my private and group classes have a great track record of helping my students increase their skills, confidence and enjoyment in the water.

Sibling/Friend Group Discount: You may form a group of 3 friends to enroll at the same time. After all three kids in your group have reserved their spots in class I will apply a $25 per child discount for forming your own group of 3.
*For group classes you may reserve one spot and Keary will fill any unreserved spots with other children.

WEEKLY SKILLS MAINTENANCE CLASS
The cost of my weekly Skills Maintenance class (only open to graduates of my intensive) is $60 per child for each 30-minute class with a maximum of 3 kids in each class. Classes are booked by the month, for example the cost of a class meeting Mondays in a month with 4 Mondays would be $240 for the 4 classes in that month. See cost for each specific month below under Skills Maintenance Session Dates, Times and Cost.
Rescheduling, Cancellation & Missed Class Policy
Your total enrollment cost is split into a $200 retainer fee and a remaining balance. The $200 retainer fee does not enroll your child in class; it reserves their time slot until the balance is due 3 weeks before class begins. The retainer fee is non-refundable because it reserves your time slot and will have prevented other families from booking that spot. If you wish to change either your class date or time I must receive your request by text or e-mail by three weeks prior to your scheduled class in order to apply a credit for your retainer fee to a different date or time within one year of your cancellation. If you cancel your date/time again more than three weeks before your new start date your credit will expire one year after your original cancellation date. If canceling within three weeks of your start date your $200 retainer fee is non-transferrable to a different date or time and must be forfeited, so rescheduling at that point would require paying a new $200 retainer fee to reserve the new time slot. If you have already paid both the retainer fee and balance and need to cancel within three weeks of your start date, your balance will be non-refunded and non-transferrable to a different date or time and must be forfeited. Due to a tight schedule, rescheduling to a different date or time cannot be guaranteed and there are no make-ups offered for missed classes. If a child gets sick during their session causing them to miss several days and I think they need more development, I will generally try to find additional days and times to bring them back free of charge so I can get them where they need to be.
Process For Enrollment
1. Check my calendar below for dates and times of this season’s sessions.
2. Send me an e-mail with your preferred date & time slots (see format below)
3. I’ll confirm the current availability of time slots so you can choose one.
4. I’ll e-mail you my Client Information Request to get the info we need to reserve your child's spot in class including your Venmo handle (username) for payments.
5. Once I have your client information I'll send a Venmo payment request for the required $200 retainer fee to reserve your time slot. The $200 non-refundable retainer fee for each child does not enroll your child in class; it reserves your time slot until the remaining balance is due three weeks before the start of class. If you are enrolling within three weeks of your child's start date then payment in full is required to reserve your spot in class. There is no right of first refusal; even if we have spoken about you reserving a particular date and time, that time slot is not reserved or guaranteed and may be booked by anyone else until I have received your retainer fee.
6. Three weeks before your child’s session begins I'll send you a Venmo request for you to pay the remaining balance of your enrollment fee which will complete your child's enrollment.
